Bread Dhahivada
Ingredients :
  • Bread 10 Slices
  • Chrned Curd 500 gms
  • Soaked Urad Dal 100 gms
  • Sweet Chutney
  • Garlic Chutney
  • Tamato Sauce 2 tbs
  • Salt to test
  • Soaked UrOil for frying
  • Jeera Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Method :
                  Cut the side of the bread,soak the bread in the water.Make balls from the soaked bread. Grind the soaked urad dal and make a thin paste.Soak the bread balls in the urad dal paste.Deep fry the balls and churned curd to the fried balls. Garnish with sweet chutney, tamato sauce, garam masala powder, red chillies powder, jeera powder, coriader leaves and serve.
