INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 mashed, boiled potato
- refined oil as required
- 4 slices white bread
- 3 teaspoon coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon crushed peppercorns
- 5 teaspoon chopped onion
- salt as required
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- chopped lettuce leaf as required
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
Instruction
- How to prepare the stuffing for Bread Cheese balls. Mash together bread slices and boiled potatoes in a bowl, add water and soak bread slices in it. Mix together grated mozzarella cheese, cheese cubes, coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, chopped garlic and onion. Shape the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai on mediums flame and fry the cheese balls in batches until golden and crisp.
