Chhole Kulche Recipe
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup white peas
  • 2 onion
  • teaspoon chaat masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 50 gm butter
  • 3 tomato
  • 2 green chilli
  • salt as required
  • 10 sprigs coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instruction
  • You will have to soak the white peas in water overnight and then add them to a pressure cooker along with some water, salt, baking soda and turmeric. Boil the chole on low flame for 15 minutes and then mash it with a spatula before adding chopped onions and tomatoes.
